Applications within the Article 12 Hen Harrier Breeding Distribution layer are assessed for potential impacts on hen harrier. Applications within the Article 12 Hen harrier breeding distribution layer require the submission of a habitat map (mandatory for all applications) and the Hen Harrier Site Inspection Form, which documents the detailed habitat description.
