Ciara Hendley has responsibility at Head of Business Unit level for overseeing the governance of State Bodies under the aegis of the Department, including managing Periodic Critical Reviews of the State Bodies and acting as the Department’s point of contact (State Boards Liaison Officer) with the Public Appointments Service (PAS) in relation to the appointment of State Board members.
