Circular 51/2022 - Defective Concrete Blocks Grant Scheme - Dwellings Damaged by the Use of Defective Concrete Blocks in Construction (Remediation) (Financial Assistance) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations, 2022 (S.I. No. 654 of 2022)

These Amending Regulations provide for the extension of the period within which applications under the current defective concrete blocks (DCB) grant scheme shall have been submitted to the Council in order for those applicants to be eligible for the early recoupment of 90% of their engineer’s report fees in advance of receipt of a stage 1 confirmation of eligibility from the Council, provided that such payment does not exceed €6,300. The period in question has been extended up to the date immediately prior to the date these Amendment Regulations were made.
