These Regulations reinsert ‘Projects for the restructuring of rural land holdings’ into Part 2 of Schedule 5 of the Planning and Development Regulations to allow planning authorities to screen projects for the restructuring of rural land holdings, not undertaken as an agricultural activity, for EIA.
