The Minister for Housing Local Government and Heritage, Mr Darragh O’Brien TD, has made the above regulations in respect of fees to accompany certain applications in relation to maritime area consent for the occupation of part of the maritime area of the State.
This regulation has been revoked by S.I. No. 508 of 2023
