Dawn Wynne is the Head of Human Resources for Dalata Hotel Group Plc, Ireland's largest Hotel Group and has been with the group since 2008. In her current role since 2012, she leads the people strategy across the groups 44 hotels with over 4,500 employees throughout the UK and Ireland.
Dawn’s career in the Hospitality & Tourism sector spans more than 20 years, having worked in the UK, France, and Italy in a regional capacity for TUI Travel Plc from 2000 - 2004, she then joined Jury’s Doyle Hotel Group Plc in 2005. Dawn is a graduate of Glasgow University with an MA in languages, a Postgraduate Dip in Hospitality Management from Glasgow Caledonian University and is CIPD qualified.
Dawn is also a member of Ibec’s Labour Market and Skills Council.
