Olivia has been assigned responsibility at Counsellor level for the development and management of relations with East and South East Asia, as well as engagement in relation to the Asian Development Bank and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank. Ireland’s relationship with Asia is articulated in Global Ireland: Delivering in the Asia Pacific Region to 2025.
