Responsibility at Principal level as Head of Budget Strategy and Coordination in Expenditure Policy Division.
Oversight for general public expenditure policy advice; management of the annual Estimates and in-year expenditure management and monitoring processes; implementation of the Medium Term Budgetary Framework; assessing compliance with the EU fiscal rules and complying with the EU Semester framework; analysing the main drivers of expenditure; coordination of the Spending Review process; and delivery of L&D work programme for the Vote Network.
