Ann Masterson has over 20-years-experience as a management and training consultant and Senior lecturer. She currently holds the Head of HRM Discipline position in TU Dublin.
Ann has a wealth of experience in programme design, delivery and assessment in private and public institutions in Ireland, the UK and New Zealand. She holds National examinerships with the Accounting Technicians Ireland and acts as an external examiner, overseeing quality standards of delivery and assessment, across a variety of programmes in Ireland and the UK.
Ann also has previous senior regulatory and governance experience as Academic Registrar with extensive stakeholder engagement with QQI and QAA in UK.
As current head of Human Resource Management Discipline, over three TU Dublin campuses, it is her role to oversee the development, design, delivery and assessment of HR related programmes that are relevant to employers, industry and professional associations, such as CIPD and L&DI.
