Part XI Application for the Proposed installation of a replacement stairs to access the cliff top walk at Arthurstown Pier. The replacement stairs to be light grey glass reinforced plastic (GRP) material and to be built off the pier surface rise over the pier wall, hug the adjacent boundary walls and the cliff edge to land on the pad foundation 7.5 m above the pier with associated site works.
