The Department of Rural and Community Development (the Department) has completed a review of the recast Revitalising Areas by Planning, Investment and Development programme (RAPID) and the Communities Facilities Scheme (CFS). Both schemes were launched in 2017.
This document outlines the outcome of the review. It provides:
- background on both schemes
- information regarding the review, such as the key areas focused on, the consultation that was completed with stakeholders, and the Department’s decision on key items, and,
- a summary of the outcome of the review
