Our central arrangements offer a range of goods and services available to the public sector. These central arrangements can be utilised by all eligible public sector bodies. This includes all arrangements put in place by:
- Office of Government Procurement (OGP)
- Education Procurement Services (EPS)
- Local Government Operational Centre (LGOPC)
- Health Service Executive (HSE)

The Office of Government Procurement (OGP) has, since April 2016, published a standard suite of templates.
The templates, which are designed for tenders that are above EU thresholds, are to be used by Contracting Authorities (Government Departments and State Bodies) for low to medium-risk goods and services.
The OGP has led the development of the GPP Criteria Search tool, which is available at GPPCriteria.gov.ie
The online tool allows users to find, select and download Green Public Procurement (GPP) criteria relevant to a specific project. GPP is a process where one seeks to source goods, services or works with a reduced impact on the environment.

The OGP Schedule of upcoming OGP Central Arrangements sets out the OGP’s service delivery plan and provides details of when key contracts and frameworks will be available for use by public sector bodies.
