1. The applicant appears to have sustained injury to his teeth as a result of an assault. The applicant has not given details of the assault on his application form. It appears that as a result of an assault the applicant required dental treatment.
2. The applicant has submitted a number of dental receipts to the tribunal. The last correspondence from the applicant was dated [ ].
3. On [ ] the tribunal wrote to the applicant asking if he wished to pursue his claim however no response was received.
4. Paragraph 11 of the Scheme provides “no compensation will be payable to an applicant who has not, in the opinion of the tribunal, given the tribunal all reasonable assistance, in relation to any medical report that it may require, and otherwise.”
5. In circumstances where there has been no contact from the applicant and he has not responded to correspondence from the tribunal I make no award in this matter.
