‘Spring into Storytime’ is the libraries’ annual celebration of families reading together.
This year the initiative focuses on the incredible work of Irish authors. It encourages everyone to celebrate great Irish writing with their librarians online instead of in the local branch.
Irish public libraries and Irish publishers and writers have agreed a deal to facilitate online storytime sessions for young people . This is because libraries and schools are closed to the public during the Covid-19 pandemic.
