1. The applicant states in his application that he was punched while dancing in a nightclub and he lost his two front teeth as a result. The applicant has submitted an estimate for dental work with his application.
2. The tribunal acknowledged receipt of the application in this matter on [ ]. The tribunal has had no contact from the applicant since the application was sent in. The tribunal wrote to the applicant on [ ] asking if he wished to pursue his application however no response was received.
3. Paragraph 11 of the Scheme provides “no compensation will be payable to an applicant who has not, in the opinion of the tribunal, given the tribunal all reasonable assistance, in relation to any medical report that it may require, and otherwise.”
4. The applicant has not responded to letters from the tribunal. It is my opinion that all reasonable assistance has not been provided in this claim. I therefore make no award.
