Funding worth €6.2 million has been allocated to support more than 150 projects nationwide under the 2023 CLÁR (Ceantair Laga Árd-Riachtanais) programme.
The funding will facilitate the delivery of a wide range of projects including astroturf pitches, playgrounds, sensory gardens, walking tracks, nature trails, outdoor performance spaces and community cafés.
A specific tranche of funding has also been provided for projects on our offshore islands.
