This framework agreement provides for the supply of electricity to public bodies in the health sector.

This framework agreement is aimed only at the Health Sector which includes;
• Health Service Executive
• Voluntary Hospitals Group
• Health Sector Bodies and Agencies
There is no contract to be signed by HSE/Health Sector Clients, as the HSE Head of Procurement has signed a single contract, for all HSE/Health Sector supply points, under ‘One Voice for Health’.
