The services to be provided will comprise of the supply and regular servicing of the following:
• Sanitary Bins, both a Full Bin and Liner only service
• Nappy Bins, Full Bin Service.
• Sanitary Product Dispensers, a wall-mounted dispenser.
• Air Fresheners, a wall-mounted Air Freshener.

The successful tender has:
Committed to produce an electronic brochure so as to reduce the use of paper;
Has provided details of their Environmental Management System e.g. ISO 14001 or equivalent and
how this is adhered to in daily work practices;
Has provided details of their Quality Management System e.g. ISO 9001 or equivalent and how this
system is adhered to in daily work practices.
Has provided the methodology used to ensure product compliance with legislative requirements
(e.g. CE, EN Standards etc.);
Has provided details of sustainability measures within their own business.
Rentokil’s commitment to building a sustainable business for tomorrow means their stewardship
of the environment is built into their business plans and processes to include;
o Use of EU Ecolabel products;
The Eco-Label accredited range of soaps and washroom equipment is designed to
ensure customers have environmentally-accredited products delivering reduced
environmental impacts
o Waste management policy;
In line with their Green Cleaning Program, Rentokil has been working with a
number of their suppliers to develop green solutions for their clients, notably in
cleaning materials, waste management, and recycling
o Energy and Water usage reduction measures;
o Transport and supply chain efficiency (route planning)measures;
Where possible all products are sourced locally to reduce transport
All vending units, products and all consumables relating to air care, vend &
sanitary units are all sourced in Ireland
o Reduction in packaging and plastics in deliveries/operations;
o Corporate Social Responsibility policies;
o End of life product recycling;
o Vehicles fuel efficiencies, maintenance events, actual emissions and eco-driving training
for operators.

Expiry: 5th Jan 2025
Contract extensions may be available for this arrangement; please check the Buyer Zone or contact support@ogp.gov.ie for further information. Specifically, if you are concerned that the expiry date will have an impact on your requirements.
Drawdowns from this framework agreement will be conducted through direct drawdown. Drawdowns from this framework agreement will be conducted through direct drawdown. Where Direct Drawdown is available you must copy the Notification to Activate Goods/Services Form (NAGF or NASF) onto your own headed paper and complete accordingly. Once you have completed this, it must be sent to the Contractor. The Contractor will counter sign and return it to you. The Contractor will then contact you to determine requirements.
