Responsible at Principal Officer level for transfer pricing policy within Revenue, including representing Ireland at the OECD and EU on transfer pricing matters. Additionally, responsible, as Ireland’s Competent Authority, for resolving and preventing transfer pricing related tax disputes arising as part of Ireland’s Tax Treaty obligations.
