Padraigh Donnelly

Responsible at Principal Officer level for the management of Revenue’s national prosecution programme; to select most suitable cases for prosecution, to complete investigation files to a criminal standard of proof, to secure positive directions from the Office of the DPP and to prosecute on indictment cases of serious tax and excise evasion and fraud. Padraigh is also responsible for a team charged with investigating the use of offshore assets by taxpayers to evade their tax obligations.
