Sarah Cahill

Responsible at Principal Officer level for the policy, legislation and interpretation functions for matters relating to the collection of income tax under the RCT and PSWT systems. Sarah is also responsible for the organisation and management of the Revenue Technical Service, the Tax Appeals Unit and the Divisional Office of the Revenue Legislation Service.
