Goods and services that this framework agreement offers

This framework agreement offers a range of services, including accounting, audit, actuarial and pension administration services, that are valued in excess of €25,000.

Lot 1 Accounting Services, Estimated Contract Value - (€25,000 - €140,00)

Lot 2 Accounting Services, Estimated Contract Value - (in excess of €140,00)

Lot 3 Audit Services, Estimated Contract Value --(€25,000 - €€140,00)

Lot 4 Audit Services, Estimated Contract Value - (in excess of €140,00)

Lot 5 Financial Advisory Services, Est Contract Value - (€25,000 - €140,00)

Lot 6 Financial Advisory Services, Est Contract Value - (in excess of €140,00)

Lot 7 Actuarial & Pension Advisory Services, Estimated Contract Value - (in excess of €25,000)

Green or social considerations

Pro-Bono Services

Framework members who are awarded contracts on Lots 2, 4, 6 and 7 over the €140,000 threshold, have committed to deliver on an annual basis 20 Hours of Pro Bono consultancy services or 5% of the total value of service fees invoiced free of charge to –

• Economically and socially disadvantaged and marginalised individuals and communities;

• Charitable and other non-profit organisations and social enterprises that work for them; and/or;

• Individuals and organisations on matters of public interest that would not otherwise be pursued.


Who can use this framework agreement

All eligible public sector clients. A comprehensive list of who can use this framework is available in the User Guide.


Contract Dates

Valid from: Mon 29 May 2023

Expiry: Thu 28 May 2026

Contract extensions may be available for this arrangement; please check the Buyer Zone or contact support@ogp.gov.ie for further information. Specifically, if you are concerned that the expiry date will have an impact on your requirements.


How to use this framework agreement

Drawdowns from this framework agreement will be conducted through mini-competition.

Process Steps:

1. Verify the value of the requirement and select appropriate Framework Lot.

2. Define requirements and specifications. Identify the Evaluation Award Criteria. Complete the SRFT Documentation

3. Return completed SRFT Documentation to the OGP.

4. Provide responses to any clarification queries received.

5. Conduct an evaluation process. Complete evaluation report. Approve and issue outcome letters.

6. Conclude contract with successful tenderer. Provide Contract Award Notice for publication.
