This framework agreement provides a range of panel vans and minibuses.
Goods and services that this framework agreement offers
This framework agreement provides a range of light and mid-size vans, along with small buses and minibuses.
A new contract is in place as of March 2023 and has been divided into 3 contracts on the Buyers Zone for ease of use.
Lot 1: Small Payload Capacity Battery Electric Van (3.5-4.9m³ payload) with a battery range from 45kWh
Lot 2: Medium Payload Capacity Battery Electric Van (5.0-7.9m³ payload) with a battery range from 65kWh
Lot 3: Large Payload Capacity Battery Electric Van (10-13m³ payload) with a battery range from 55kWh
Panel Vans (2.6m³-3.5 m³) ~ Panel Vans (5m³-8 m³)
Panel Vans incl Police Spec (3.5m³-5 m³)
Panel Vans incl Police Spec (11m³-13 m³)
Panel Vans incl Police Spec (15m³-17 m³)
(AMC) Minibuses to Public Sector Bodies:
Lot 1: 14-Seater Minibus
Lot 2: 17-Seater Minibus

Green considerations
No Green & Social Considerations for the DPS itself. However under the DPS there have been AMC contracts awarded for the supply of Battery Electric Vans with zero tailpipe emissions (Small Electric Van & Medium Electric Van)
With regard to AMCs for Diesel-engine vehicles environmental considerations are taken into account in the product specifications and its award criteria.
For example our AMCs for diesel vans and minibuses:
Specifies that the vehicle must comply to the most up-to-date EU emissions standards
Specifies that the vehicle must comply to the most up-to-date EU emissions standards
Inclusion of features such as Gear Shift Indicators - aimed at improving fuel consumption and lowering emissions levels
Who can use this framework agreement
All eligible public sector clients. A comprehensive list of who can use this framework is available in the User Guide.
Contracts Dates
Valid from: Fri 14 Feb 2020
Expiry: Wed 13 Feb 2030
Contract extensions may be available for this arrangement; please check the Buyer Zone or contact support@ogp.gov.ie for further information. Specifically, if you are concerned that the expiry date will have an impact on your requirements.
How to use this framework agreement
Drawdowns from this framework agreement will be conducted through direct drawdown.
Where Direct Drawdown is available you must copy the Notification to Activate Goods/Services Form (NAGF or NASF) onto your own headed paper and complete accordingly.
Once you have completed this, it must be sent to the Contractor.
The Contractor will counter sign and return it to you. The Contractor will then contact you to determine requirements.
