This framework agreement provides Fuel Charge Card services under three lots.
Lot 1: An Garda Síochána
Lot 2: The Health Sector
Lot 3: All public sector bodies (excl. An Garda Síochána and Health Sector
Goods and Services that this framework agreement offers
This framework agreement provides Fuel Charge Card services for the Health sector. A Fuel Charge Card which works in a similar way to a credit card, where holders of the Fuel Charge Card can purchase:
- automotive fuel products (unleaded petrol, road diesel/derv and green diesel/agri diesel);
- automotive fuel products (lubricants and fuel additives);
- car washing facilities; and
- air/water.
- The Services will also include the management and co-ordination of the Fuel Charge Cards.

Green or Social Considerations
Green considerations at 'Specification Stage', i.e. conforming to EU standards, the use of Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel Fuel, and Low Sulphur Content Gas
Oil Fuel for Agri/Industrial engines.

An Garda Síochána, Health Sector and all Public Sector Bodies
Contract Dates
Valid from: Fri 16 Dec 2022
Expiry: Tue 15 Dec 2026
Contract extensions may be available for this arrangement; please check the Buyer Zone or contact support@ogp.gov.ie for further information. Specifically, if you are concerned that the expiry date will have an impact on your requirements.
How to use this framework agreement
Drawdowns from this framework agreement will be conducted through direct drawdown.
Where Direct Drawdown is available you must copy the Notification to Activate Goods/Services Form (NAGF or NASF) onto your own headed paper and complete accordingly.
Once you have completed this, it must be sent to the Contractor.
The Contractor will counter sign and return it to you. The Contractor will then contact you to determine requirements.
