Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of ICT Research and Advisory Services

This framework agreement provides expert, independent ICT research and advisory information to inform and support your ICT strategic and operational decision-making, approaches and practices.

• Online access to an extensive range of international primary and secondary research material on the ICT Industry, including white papers, ICT product and vendor evaluations, ICT industry best practices, forecasts, market trends, road maps, market guides, reports on national and international public and private ICT sectors and case studies.

• Access to decision-making tools and templates, including benchmarking tools, assessment tools, role-based diagnostic tools, ICT contract templates, risk assessment tools, ICT evaluation models and cost models.

• Access to ICT Industry analysts via phone or teleconferencing facilities.

• ICT topic-specific workshops for Framework Clients.

• Networking opportunities with other ICT professionals, managers and leaders from both the Public and Private Sectors e.g. Peer Networking Forums.

• ICT Events, e.g. Seminars/ Conferences/ Summits/ Briefings.

• Support for Client run Events, for example, client-run conferences etc.

• Review and advice on ICT contractual terms and conditions, for example, contracts for Cloud-based services.

Subscriptions are available for a 12-month period to provide access to Research Papers and access to the Services for the duration of the subscription.
