The THRMS Portfolio offers a broad suite of central arrangements covering areas such as Protected Disclosure training services, Irish language translation services, business support services, managed parking services, travel and transport services, together with HR and employee support services. The award of contracts for many of our Frameworks is facilitated by direct drawdown without the need for further mini- competition.

Courier Services

This Framework is for courier services with delivery within the Island of Ireland and Internationally. Contracts awarded under this Framework are for €25,000 (excl.Vat) or greater.

Taxi Services for the Greater Dublin Area

The purpose of this Framework is to provide Public Sector Bodies (PSBs) with quick and convenient access to a responsive and high-quality taxi service within the Greater Dublin Area. This is a direct drawdown framework.

Employee Assistance Services (EAS)

This Framework covers Complete Employee Assistance Services Programme (to include management support) and counselling services. The Framework includes service delivery nationwide

Occupational Health Services (OHS)

This Framework includes health promotion screening services and employment related occupational health services. The Framework includes service delivery nationwide. This is a direct drawdown framework.

External Workplace Investigations Services (EWIS)

This Framework includes external workplace investigation services and external review of investigations. The Framework covers service delivery nationwide. This is a direct drawdown framework.

Managed Business Process Support Services

This Framework includes contact management, document management, data management, data processing and related administrative services. The drawdown mechanism for this Framework is mini competition.

Debt Management Services

This Framework includes specialist pre legal, legal and full debt management services. The drawdown mechanism for this Framework is mini competition.

Managed Parking Services

This Framework includes on street, off street and combined on Street and off street managed parking services. The drawdown mechanism for this Framework is mini competition.

Executive Search Services

This Framework covers executive search services for candidates to fill a range of senior executive positions in the public sector. The drawdown mechanism for this Framework is mini competition.

Health and Safety Training, Consultancy and Advisory Services

This Framework provides health and safety training, consultancy and advisory services. The drawdown mechanism for this Framework is direct drawdown.

Freedom of Information Training Services

This Framework provides training for all personnel involved in dealing with FOI, which equips public bodies to fulfil properly their roles and responsibilities under the Freedom of Information Act 2014. The drawdown mechanism for this Framework is direct drawdown.

Open Data Training Services

This Framework provides training services to support the public sector in meeting its obligations to the EU Directive on Open Data and the re-use of Public Sector information. The drawdown mechanism for this Framework is direct drawdown.

Protected Disclosures Training

This Framework provides training services for individuals in the public service who are assigned responsibility for receiving and following up on protected disclosures under the Protected Disclosures Act 2014. The drawdown mechanism for this Framework is direct drawdown.

Protected Disclosure Investigation Services

The Framework is available to assist civil and public services bodies in the receipt and investigation of Protected Disclosures to meet their obligations under the Protected Disclosures Act. Contracts under this Framework can be awarded on the basis of direct drawdown or mini-competition Framework depending on your need.

Travel Management Services

This Framework provides Central Government, Local Government, the Education and Health sectors with air, accommodation, rail, ferry bookings and ancillary services. The drawdown mechanism for this Framework is direct drawdown.

Irish Language Translation Services

This Framework provides civil and public sector bodies with Irish Language Translation Services including translation of Technical Text and the translation and / or Proof reading of text and Legal Documents. Contracts under this Framework can be awarded on the basis of direct drawdown or mini-competition Framework depending on your need.
