Kate O'Gorman

Kate O’Gorman has been assigned responsibility for the Organisation Design and Development team. The team is responsible for developing and implementing strategies, plans and policies to enhance organisational effectiveness in the achievement of the department’s strategic objectives. The team provides oversight, advice and support to the department in relation to organisation design, development, diversity, inclusion, culture and engagement. It is also responsible for the delivery and execution of Learning and Development across the department and works collaboratively with others in a range of initiatives and solutions across the organisation to facilitate organisational change and reform
