Dealing with child maintenance arrangements and other family justice issues can be upsetting, stressful and sometimes traumatic for all members of a family. Below you will find links to some family support services that can help.

Citizens Information: The citizens information website provides comprehensive information on public services and on the entitlements of citizens in Ireland.

Family Resource Centre National Forum: The national representative and peer support body for 121 Family Resource Centres (FRCs) across Ireland.

FLAC: Free Legal Advice Centre (FLAC) is a free confidential service that provides legal advice.

Legal Aid Board: The Legal Aid Board may be able to provide you with legal advice and representation in court, as well as offering a free confidential Family Mediation Service. You can find details on how to contact your nearest law centre on their website.

MABS: The Money Advice and Budgeting Service (MABS) is a free and confidential service for people who are having problems with money management and debt.

One Family: One Family provides listening support and information for people parenting alone, sharing parenting and those separating.

Rainbows Ireland: Rainbows Ireland supports children with bereavement and parental separation issues.

Treoir: Treoir is the National Specialist Information Service for unmarried parents and their children.

Tusla: The Child and Family Agency is now the dedicated State agency responsible for improving wellbeing and outcomes for children.
