Irish Treaty Series

To facilitate teaching, study, dissemination and wider appreciation of international law, it has been our practice since 1930 to publish, with certain exceptions, the international agreements to which the State becomes a party in the Irish Treaty Series.

The text of all treaties published in the Irish Treaty Series since 1998, and a limited number of selected treaties published in earlier years are available here. You can also access International Agreements signed but not ratified by Ireland.
