1. [ ] (“the Applicant”) has made a claim for compensation under the Scheme of Compensation for Personal Injuries Criminally Inflicted (“the Scheme”).

2. In his application for compensation under the Scheme the Applicant complains of personal injury criminally inflicted by way of violent assault which occurred on the [ ].

3. The full circumstances of this incident are outlined by both the Applicant in his application to this Tribunal and by the report of An Garda Siochana. The Applicant’s injuries were three broken teeth, facial trauma described as cuts and bruising and an injury to his leg.
