On the [ ] at [ ] Road in [ ], the Applicant was kicked in the right foot by a man robbing his car. The Applicant had immediate pain and had to go to Accident & Emergency that day. Pursuant to the terms of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Tribunal Scheme the Tribunal may award vouched expenses incurred as a result of personal injuries sustained from a crime of violence. The Applicant did not submit any vouched expenses in respect of his injuries and therefore in this instance the Tribunal makes no award.
